About Me

Image description

"If you don't know me by now, you will never ever know
me, ouuu, ouuuuahouu." Here's my attempt at bringing you up to speed. Growing up, my favorite song was Brick House and She's A Bad Mama Jamma. I attended a very prestigous K-12 school, Plaisance High located in Louisiana where I was born and raised by Parents Edith and Frederick Gray and a few hundred other villiage people. There I participated in every sport and every club every year since 4th grade, including band...of course we only had 3 sports to choose from but they were all I needed.

I am Shellita Boxie, actress, model, SAG nominated stunt actress, stilt walker, celebrity fitness trainer, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur.
I'm known to run faster than a speeding bullet and leap buildings in a single
bound. It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it. I am passionate about my
work and I enjoy doing it. I'm simple and spontaneous with a dose of daredevil.
There are many things in life that make me happy. Shopping, "getting my
hurrrr did" and buying expensive hand bags are NONE of them. Working out,
entertaining, eating right, hanging out with family and friends are most of
them. Ok, maybe I do enjoy shopping and getting my hair done occasionally and I'm fine with people GIVING me expensive handbags but that's it!

With the help of a wonderful family and support of great
friends, I am able to travel to places where 'no man has gone before' to get the
work I want. From Florida to Georgia, Louisiana to California. Well, maybe
one or two have been there before but that's beside the point. I guess you can
say my dream of having a bi-coastal career is now a reality.

Enough about me, let's talk about I. I was born and raised
Shellita Frank in Opelousas, Louisiana where I attended Plaisance High School
and became an accomplished student and athlete. After high school, and my
mother's threats, I put my dreams on hold, attended college and earned a
Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Advertising from
the University of Central Florida in Orlando where I now reside and run SMB Personal Fitness & Entertainment.

When time permits, I teach image and acting classes at The
Maile Model and Talent School, stilt walk for parties and special events and
work as a character actress entertaining crowds as the most popular super
heroine and princess out there. I love, love, love to perform in front of a
live audience. I remember my first encounter like it was yesterday. An original
play called "Enduring Life’s Misfortunes' written by a personal friend. I
was bitten that very day. I later moved on to perform in Mamas Kitchen, Girl
Talk, August Wilson’s "Joe Turner’s Come and Gone", Jitney, Seven
Guitars and For Colored Girls Who Has Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enuf.

You may spot me, Shellita Boxie on Vision TV Channel 198 and
199 Well Works Fitness, doing stunts in films such as Tyler Perry’s The Family
That Preys, Why Did I Get Married Two or Madea's Big Happy Family. On TV shows
like The Middle, The Young and The Restless, The Family Crews, driving in Rick
Ross Chevy's Riding' High video or commercials such as Florida Lottery, Disney,
Publix, Lunchables, Derek Jeter Ford Edge, and more. I'd love to make this long story
longer but as we say in Hollywood, LIKE me on IMDB. Click on my
name, Shellita Boxie.
